- Before you can receive mail, you need to set up Internet
- Mail and News to connect to your Internet account.

- To check for and read messages:

- 1. Choose Receive Mail from the Mail menu.
- 2. If the Mail window is not open, choose Mail from the
- Windows menu.
- 3. Click the Inbox folder. All your messages appear. New
- messages are in bold text.
- 4. Double-click a message to open it. (Single clicking a
- message will display the message contents in the area below
- the message list.)
- 5. If the message has an enclosed file it has a paper clip
- icon to the left of the subject. Click Enclosures on the
- toolbar to save the file to your hard disk.

- To reply to a message, click the Reply or Reply All button
- on the toolbar.
